Greyhawk Landing Modern Home Remodel
Last year, a local couple decided their house wasn’t working for their growing family anymore.Â
Kirkplan tore everything down to the studs. New kitchen, updated floors, completely different layout that actually makes sense when people gather. Custom cabinets got paired with walnut details, and we used four different Cambria quartz surfaces to give each area its own feel while keeping everything connected.
By removing the wall that once separated the kitchen from the dining area and opting for bright finishes with warm accents, we transformed the space into an open, functional home that feels fresh and modern.
