For 27 years, we’ve operated as a licensed General Contractor serving Sarasota and Bradenton homeowners. From custom kitchen layouts and primary bathroom vanities to laundry rooms and home offices, we manage your interior project under one roof. We build our cabinet boxes right in our local workshop, template and fabricate our own countertops in-house, and back our cabinetry craftsmanship with a 10-year warranty.

Materials that hold up in Florida, and ones that do not
Florida’s humidity does things to cabinet materials that most national manufacturers do not mention. After 27 years of installations across Sarasota and Manatee County, we have a clear picture of what performs and what fails.
Thermofoil is one we steer clients away from in Florida kitchens. The thin plastic skin heat-wrapped over composite wood handles normal conditions reasonably well, until it meets steam from a dishwasher, heat from a range, or a self-cleaning oven cycle. It peels, curls, and yellows, particularly on the cabinets flanking the range. We spec painted hardwood, durable MDF, or smooth acrylic instead.
Solid wood doors are appropriate in the right application. In a climate-controlled primary kitchen they perform well and age gracefully. In spaces that regularly transition between conditioned air and outdoor humidity, solid wood expands and contracts in ways that cause alignment and finish problems over time. Engineered moisture-stable cores handle those conditions better, and we will tell you which is right for your specific space.

High-grade MDF is the superior choice for painted finishes in high-humidity areas because it doesn’t expand or split at the joints. Acrylic provides a sleek, high-gloss modern look that is non-porous and remarkably easy to wipe down.

Can I update my look without replacing the entire cabinet box?
If your existing cabinet boxes are structurally sound, square, and made of quality plywood, cabinet refacing can be a practical option. We replace the doors, drawer fronts, hinges, and hardware, and apply matching veneers to exposed cabinet ends to transform the room.
Do you offer soft-close hinges and specialized hardware?
Yes. Premium Blum soft-close hinges and smooth, full-extension drawer glides are integrated into our cabinet systems. We also supply a full selection of interior organizers, spice pull-outs, roll-out trays, and decorative hardware.
How do you ensure the cabinets fit perfectly in my space?
