The Clients
This project started with a young couple ready to create a home that could grow with their family. Their existing space felt dated and closed off, making everyday living a challenge. Their goal was a space that is updated with current trends but also reflected their personal style.
How they found us:
This project came to us through a business referral. After hearing positive feedback about our design expertise and project management from a trusted professional contact, they reached out to learn more about how we could bring their vision to life.
Project goals & needs:
As someone who loves to cook, the client wanted a kitchen that supported her daily routine and made time spent in the space more enjoyable. Functionality was key for this project, she envisioned a layout that was efficient, organized, and tailored to her needs. A spice rack pullout next to the cooktop was a must-have, along with upgraded storage solutions to keep everything within easy reach.
The Challenge
Project-specific challenges:
One of the main challenges in this project was reconfiguring the kitchen layout to create better balance and flow. The client wanted the dual oven and microwave moved to the opposite side of the room to open up counter space and improve functionality. This adjustment required careful planning and electrical rewiring to accommodate the new placement.
Our Approach
The client wanted to leave behind the basic, builder-grade finishes of the original kitchen and create a space that felt fresh and modern. While the overall layout remained the same, we reimagined every surface and finished using trending materials and thoughtful design details. From countertops and cabinetry to hardware and lighting, each element was selected to elevate the kitchen’s style and functionality, resulting in a contemporary space that feels both inviting and polished.
